What to expect from production through delivery, inspection and returns.
Many Home Cabinets USA products are fabricated, finished or prepared for a specific project. Production timing depends on the approved scope, materials, finish, hardware, current schedule and any services included.
Your expected lead time will be communicated as part of the quote or order. Unless expressly guaranteed in writing, lead times are estimates and may change if specifications change or materials, suppliers or scheduling affect production.
Local delivery may be available for projects in Orlando and surrounding areas when included in the confirmed quote or order. Availability, scheduling, access requirements and cost depend on the project. No fixed delivery radius or fee is promised on this page.
If an order is eligible for shipment outside the local delivery area, availability, carrier, method and price will depend on the destination, dimensions, weight, product type, packaging and handling requirements. Contact our team before ordering to confirm whether shipping is available for your project.

We will coordinate an available delivery window when applicable. The customer should ensure that an authorized person can receive the order, the delivery path is accessible, and the site can safely accommodate the product and vehicle involved. Delays, restricted access or an unready site may require rescheduling.
Inspect packaging and products as soon as reasonably possible. Note visible damage when receiving the order, photograph the packaging and affected items, keep relevant packaging when practical, and notify Home Cabinets USA promptly. This documentation helps us review the issue and coordinate with any carrier or project partner.
Contact customer service with the project or order information, a description of the issue and clear photographs. We will review the circumstances and determine an appropriate solution, which may involve repair, replacement, correction or coordination with a carrier or supplier.
Do not install, cut, modify or discard an affected item before receiving guidance if doing so could prevent inspection or make the issue harder to evaluate.
Custom-fabricated, cut-to-size, finished or otherwise personalized products are produced for a particular project and generally cannot be returned simply because the customer changes their mind once production has begun. Review all approved drawings, measurements, materials, finishes and hardware carefully before production.
Manufacturing errors, verified damage or items that do not match the confirmed order will be reviewed separately from a change-of-mind request.
If Home Cabinets USA supplies a standard accessory or other potentially resalable product, return eligibility depends on the item, its condition, packaging and the confirmed order or agreement. Contact us before returning anything. Do not send a product back without return instructions.
Contact us immediately if you need to request a cancellation. Before materials are committed or production begins, we will review what may be possible. After design approval, procurement, programming or fabrication has started, cancellation may be limited because project-specific materials and labor may already have been committed.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed according to the original payment method or the applicable project agreement. Processing time may depend on the payment provider. No fixed refund period is promised unless it appears in the confirmed agreement.
Product or manufacturing concerns and installation or service concerns may require different assessments. Contact the team with photographs and project details so we can identify whether the issue relates to fabrication, transit, site conditions, installation or another trade and determine the appropriate next step.
