You don’t have a machine.
Send the cut list or the CAD. We nest it, cut it to ±0.1 mm, band it, bore it, label it by cabinet and it goes out ready to assemble. You never buy the machine, you never wait for shop time.
You don’t have a bander.
Drop off your cut panels. PVC 0.5–2 mm sealed with PUR adhesive, colors matched to the board, every edge checked before it leaves. You keep the cutting in your own shop and hand off the finish.

Runs PVC tape onto every exposed edge and seals it with PUR adhesive — a moisture-resistant bond, which is the part that matters in a Florida kitchen.
Parts are labeled and grouped by cabinet, then every edge and bore is inspected against the approved file before anything is wrapped to leave.
