How it works · Orlando, FL

From your file or from your room.

Send us files and we review, quote and cut them. Start from a room and an idea and we measure, draw, then do the same. Different beginnings — same machines, same ±0.1 mm, same shop in Orlando.
Custom cabinetry built by Home Cabinets USA in Orlando, FL

Most jobs come in as files.

Contractors, builders and cabinet shops send us cut lists and CAD, and that’s the bulk of what runs through the shop. Homeowners and designers start from a room instead. Both end up on the same machines.

You start from a room

  • 01

Consultation We review the space, goals, style, available measurements and the services your project may need.
  • 02

Design We develop the layout, materials, finish direction and project details, then refine the proposal with you.
  • 03

Fabrication After final approval, we produce the cabinets, parts or millwork to the confirmed project specifications.
  • 04

Delivery / Installation We coordinate delivery and, when included in the scope, professional installation for the project.

Where the work happens
Seven steps, three stages — whichever way you came in.
Cabinet shop drawings and cut lists reviewed on screen before production
Steps 01–02
Review & production drawings

Your drawings, files and specs are reviewed part by part — or we come out and measure the room. Then the cut lists and production drawings are finalized before anything is priced.

Your decisions
What you decide, and when.

Your selections drive the price, the lead time and the look. Here they are in the order they come up — and once they’re approved, they lock the file. Changes after that affect pricing, lead time and final appearance, so we get them right before anything is cut.

The sequence
01
Goals & measurements

The space, the intended use, the measurements, photos and whatever site information exists.

02
Layout & planning

Function, proportions, clearances and the production details that define the project.

03
Selections confirmed

Material, finish, edge and hardware direction, matched to the approved scope. The list on the right is what gets decided here.

04
Final approval

Drawings and specs verified before we buy material, program the machine or cut anything.

Still have questions? We’ve answered the 24 we get asked most — lead times, deposits, file formats, what happens if something doesn’t fit.

Send files, measurements or just a description of the room. Either way you get a real number and a real date before anything gets cut.
