These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Home Cabinets USA website and, where applicable, your requests for quotes, products, custom fabrication and related services. By using the website or approving a proposal or order, you agree to the terms that apply to that activity. A signed proposal, order confirmation or project agreement may include additional terms and will control if it expressly conflicts with this page.
You may use the website for lawful personal or business purposes related to our products and services. You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, interfere with operation or security, scrape content in a manner that burdens the site, or use the site to violate another person’s rights.
Quotes and estimates are based on the information available when prepared. Pricing and scheduling may depend on measurements, drawings, materials, finishes, hardware, project scope, site conditions, delivery, installation and other project requirements. A change in scope or supplied information may require a revised quote, price or schedule.
A quote is not a final order until the required proposal, specifications, approvals and payment arrangements have been confirmed.
Customers and project partners are responsible for providing accurate information, files, dimensions and specifications when those items are within their scope. Final dimensions may require field verification before fabrication. Changes to walls, floors, appliances, utilities or other site conditions should be disclosed promptly because they may affect fit, design, price or installation.
Many cabinetry and fabrication products are designed, cut, finished or prepared specifically for a particular project. Review drawings, dimensions, materials, finishes, hardware and other specifications carefully before approval.
Once approval has been given and materials, programming or fabrication have begun, changes or cancellations may be limited or impossible. Any available change may affect price and lead time.
Prices are subject to the confirmed proposal or order. Applicable taxes, delivery, installation, storage, special handling and additional work are included only when stated. Payment timing and methods will be shown in the applicable proposal, invoice or agreement. Work or delivery may be scheduled according to those confirmed arrangements.
Financing, when available, is provided by an independent third-party provider and is subject to that provider’s approval, disclosures and terms. Home Cabinets USA does not guarantee approval, an APR, a credit limit, a monthly payment or a particular financing offer.
Production and lead times are estimates unless a specific commitment is expressly guaranteed in writing. Timing may change because of material availability, supplier delays, approved revisions, project coordination, installation scheduling or circumstances outside reasonable control. We will communicate material changes when reasonably practical.
Delivery and installation availability, scope, access requirements and pricing are determined by the applicable quote or order. The customer is responsible for providing safe, reasonable access and a site that is ready for the scheduled work. Additional site work is not included unless expressly stated.

Inspect products and completed work as soon as reasonably possible. Report visible damage, missing or incorrect items, or other concerns promptly and include the project or order details, a clear description and photographs where useful. Prompt notice helps us document the issue and determine an appropriate response.
Eligibility depends on the product, its condition and the stage of design, procurement or production. Custom and made-to-order items may not be returnable for a change of mind once production begins. The website’s branding, photographs, graphics, written content, layouts and other materials are owned by or licensed to Home Cabinets USA and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. If you supply drawings, images, plans, files or other materials, you represent that you have the right to provide and authorize their use for the requested project.
We aim to present useful and current information, but the website may contain typographical errors or outdated information. Product photographs, screen colors, natural materials and finishes may vary from physical samples or completed work. Specifications, availability and site content may change without notice; confirmed project documents control the order.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Home Cabinets USA is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising solely from use of the website. Responsibility for products and services will be determined by the confirmed project documents and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses or claims resulting from your unlawful misuse of the website, your infringement of third-party rights, or project files and instructions you were not authorized to provide. This provision does not apply to losses caused by Home Cabinets USA’s own conduct where responsibility cannot lawfully be shifted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable United States law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another jurisdiction’s mandatory consumer law applies.
We may update these Terms as our website, services or business practices change. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law or a separate written agreement requires otherwise.
